Aufnahme von ausl\u00e4ndischen Patienten und ihre Behandlung<\/h3>\n

In letzter Zeit besuchen Patienten aus dem Ausland Dentaland immer mehr. Anfangs waren es unsere Staatsb\u00fcrger, die im Ausland vor\u00fcbergehend arbeiten, w\u00e4hrend ausl\u00e4ndische Staatsb\u00fcrger jetzt immer mehr zu uns auf Empfehlung von ihren Freunden kommen, Auskunft bekommen wollen oder mit uns \u00fcbers Internet (unsere Internetseite), per E-Mail oder telephonisch in Kontakt treten.<\/p>\n

Die Kommunikation zwischen den ausl\u00e4ndischen Patienten und unserer Praxis funktioniert gut, weil bei uns alle \u00c4rzte Englisch beherrschen, w\u00e4hrend die zwei stomatologische Schwester zus\u00e4tzlich noch Ungarisch sprechen. Wenn n\u00f6tig, angagieren wir auch proffessionelle Dolmetscher f\u00fcr andere Sprachen.<\/p>\n

Die Kommunikation mit den Patienten per E-Mail zeigte sich als sehr erfolgreich. Es ist \u00fcblich, dass ein Patient zun\u00e4chst sein Problem darstellt und uns mit seinen Bed\u00fcrfnissen kennen lernt. Danach wird die OPT Aufnahme beider Kiefer gemacht, damit wir Einsicht in den Zustand der Z\u00e4hne und umgebenden Strukturen bekommen. \u00dcblicherweise \u00fcbersenden die Patienten ihre RTG Aufnahmen per E-Mail. Wenn die Aufnahme in die Praxis eintrifft, unser Team beginnt mit der Analyse des Falls und erstellt den ersten Behandlungsplan. Der Patient wird schnell benachtichtigt \u00fcber: die durchzuf\u00fchrende Intervention, die Dauer der Behandlung, wie oft er in die Praxis kommen sollte und wie die Preise sind. Aufgrund des vorgelegten Plans und Informationen trifft der Patient die Entscheidung \u00fcber die eventuelle Annahme der beschriebenen stomatologischen Dienstleistungen und der Behandlung. Wenn der Patient mit der Bahandlung einverstanden ist, werden die Termine vereinbart. Und schlie\u00dflich, wenn die Z\u00e4hne erfolgreich behandelt sind wird die n\u00e4chste Kontrolluntersuchung vereinbart.<\/p>\n

Eine Anzahl unserer Staatsb\u00fcrger, die in anderen L\u00e4ndern leben und arbeiten, besuchen zu staatlichen Feiertagen und im Urlaub ihre Freunde und Verwandte und machen sich die Freizeit im Heimatland zunutze, um ihre Z\u00e4hne behandeln zu lassen.<\/p>\n

Ausl\u00e4ndischen Staatsb\u00fcrgern, die keine Bekannten und Verwandten in Serbien haben, empfehlen wir die Unterkunft im kleinen Luxushotel MEDITERANEO (www.hotelmediteraneo.rs<\/a>), das im Zentrum von Novi Sad liegt. Au\u00dferdem ist DENTALAND nur 10 Gehminuten, genauer gesagt, 10 Minuten angenehmen Spazierang durch die Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerzone unserer Stadt, vom Hotel entfernt.<\/p>\n
