WORK WITH PATIENTS FROM ABROAD

In recent years we have noticed that more and more patients who live and work abroad are coming here to fix their teeth in DENTALAND. In the beginning it was Serbian citizens who temporarily live and work in other countries. In recent years, there are more and more foreigners who come. They are coming either on the recommendation of their friends or by contacting us online (on our website) by e-mail or by phone.

Communication between patients and our clinic is easy because of the fact that in our clinic we all speak English, and two assistants also speak Hungarian. We also have professional translators for French, German and Slovak.

All this time e-mail communication with patients was very successful. Our practice is to let the patient to first explain his problem and needs, then send us an X-ray image of both jaws to get the basic state of the situation of teeth and surrounding structures. The X-ray image is usually sent by e-mail. When the image arrives in the clinic, our team of doctors startcase studies and the development of the treatment plan. The patient is soon informed about the intervention that should be done, how much will the treatment last, how many visits is needed for treatment, as well as treatment services costs. Based on the aforementioned plan the patient is able to make a decision regarding the acceptance of the described dental services and dental treatment. When the patient chooses to treat the teeth, the patient agrees with the date and time of arrival in the clinic. Finally, after successful teeth repair, control check-up appointment is made.

A number of our citizens who live and work temporarily in other countries visit their friends and relatives during the holidays, and use their leisure time to fix their teeth.

To foreigners who do not have acquaintances here, we recommend accommodation in a small luxury hotel Mediteraneo. Hotel is located in the city center and on only 10 minutes walking distance from our clinic. It is a very pleasant walk through the city pedestrian zone.
